Pool Finish Information Request Form

Use this form to report a concern with a Pebble Technology International pool finish. It collects the details PTI needs to review the issue: homeowner and address, finish type and install date, pool size and batch count, cement used, and the pool's filtration, chlorination and chemical history.

Fill it out as completely as you can — missing batch or maintenance details are the most common reason a review stalls.

Email the completed form to customerservice@pebbletec.com. PTI will communicate with the builder or applicator on warranty issues unless you request otherwise. If you're the builder, let them know whether the applicator has already been contacted.
